At Eclipse Nursecall Systems Ltd we respect your privacy regarding any information collected from you through registration on our app, ENS Chat. We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose data. Rest assured we, and any other service providers (for instance hosting services, telecom providers etc.) involved in the provision of the service are governed by GDPR.
- Collection of personal data
The minimum of personal data is recorded within the application host services. This is limited to:
- Name or generic name (e.g. Mum, Dad etc)
- and / or Location
- password (stored in encrypted form)
We will need you to provide this personal data in order to create a connection directory and issue and maintain a password for you. We only ask for any personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
- Use of data
We will only use the information we have to operate and provide our services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customizing our services.
- Retention, disclosure and security of data
We retain collected information until it is no longer necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately notify us.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
